James M. Jones, ARA is a graduate of New Mexico State University earning a M.S Degree in Agricultural Economics in May of 1993, and receiving a B.S. Degree in Agricultural and Extension Education in 1991.

His appraisal expertise includes: farm and ranch appraisals containing Water Rights, State Lease, BLM and USFS land in New Mexico and Arizona; dairy facilities on existing, remodeled or proposed construction in New Mexico and Texas; and complex pecan orchard facilities on mature and transplanted orchards in New Mexico and Texas.

As a former employee of Farm Credit New Mexico, James has an understanding of the many multifaceted issues that can be associated with an agriculturally related appraisal. James has been in the independent fee appraisal business since 2002. He is also the founder and major shareholder of Ag Network USA, Inc.
